Nava Cow is a brush strokes cow and is a part of the cow sculpture series by David Gerstein. It is a double-sided color print on laser cutout metal. Cows have been a theme of Gerstein's work for the past few decades. In this series he explores his fascination with cows further, some are funny, some naive, some look smart and some just look silly.

David Gerstein was born in Jerusalem, 1944.
Studied and taught at the Bezalel Academy of Arts in Jerusalem; Beaux-Arts, Paris; Art Students' League, N.Y; St. Martin's, London.
Exhibited in one-man shows at the Israel Museum, Haifa Museum, and Herzeliya Museum, and at countless public and private galleries in Israel, Europe and America.
